We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, product or service availability, errors in product or service descriptions or pricing, errors in your order, or other reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect fraud or an unauthorised or unlawful transaction.

4. Order cancellation and refunds

Any purchased item may be returned for a refund within 7 days of purchase. Exchanges are available within 14 days of purchase, for a different size of the same product or for another product. To arrange a return or exchange, call us on 511 10 32 96. All returned items will be inspected. Following inspection, JerArasdros reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange for items that do not qualify for return, for example if no receipt is provided, the item has been used, or in other applicable cases.

Exchanges, returns and refunds are based solely on the price paid at the time of purchase.

5. Content

All visual and written material on our website is the property of Jerarasdros or is used with permission. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, download, copy or use this content, in whole or in part, for your own commercial purposes or without prior written permission. 

6. Prohibited use

You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
