Delivery and returns

 1. Courier service Across Tbilisi

Your purchase will be delivered to your specified address within Tbilisi within 2–3 business days of purchase. 

Delivery times:

Standard: 2–3 business days.

Any purchased item may be returned for a refund within 7 days of purchase. Exchanges are available within 14 days of purchase, for a different size of the same product or for another product. To arrange a return or exchange, call us on 511 10 32 96. All returned items will be inspected. Following inspection, JerArasdros reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange for items that do not qualify for return, for example if no receipt is provided, the item has been used, or in other applicable cases.

Exchanges, returns and refunds are based solely on the price paid at the time of purchase.

 2. Courier service In the regions and/or other cities

The item will be delivered to your specified address, to you or another adult. If no adult is present when the courier arrives, the item will be returned and you will receive a notification. The delivery cost will be shown at checkout, based on the selected method.

Delivery times:

Standard: 3–5 business days.

3. International delivery: 

The parcel is delivered through a single visit to the buyer’s address or at a postal service centre in the destination country. It is handed directly to the buyer or to a person authorised under the destination country’s postal regulations.

If the parcel cannot be delivered to the buyer, it is held at a postal service centre in the destination country for 30 days, after which it is returned to the seller.

Delivery times:

Transport and delivery to the buyer take 7–21 business days.
